As a fighting fortress, grassroots party organizations are the foundation, the main axis, and the artery. In order to deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and to participate in the theme of "two firsts" in the province and "seeing beautiful China in Huzhou" in the city with the attitude of masters, the party branch of Saixun Environmental Protection organically connects the Dangshan community, the party school of the Huzhou Municipal Party Committee and Dingsheng Property Management Co., Ltd. to play the role of organs, enterprises and properties, and highlight the development and construction of the Dangshan community. On December 2, the signing ceremony of party building and joint construction was held in the Dangshan Community Conference Room.

At the signing meeting, discussions were held on how to carry out joint construction activities to build and strengthen grassroots party organizations, transmit the responsibility of party building to the "spiritual ends", take responsibility for implementation to "grassroots cells", and promote the overall development of the community, and finally the four parties reached a consensus and signed the "Party Building Joint Construction Agreement".
